The principals and staff of Global Search Partners have all worked as leaders and officers within operating businesses, so we understand well the internal dynamics of our client organisations. Our staff are trained in the important disciplines of research and analysis to provide background studies that are thorough and complete. Interviews are only undertaken by principals and assignment managers. The selection process is enhanced by the use, by such trained professionals, of criteria-referenced psychometric techniques. We work to achieve an accurate, comfortable cultural fit, conducting interviews with sensitivity to the requirements of the position to be filled as well as the personalities involved. We bring to all our assignments a mixture of experience, seasoned judgment, vigor, objectivity, and creativity.
Our executive search practice is based on a national and international consulting network supported by in-depth research into the nature of the client's business, markets, competition, and environment. We identify target industries, companies, individuals and sources within those industries that will assist in identifying potential candidates to fulfill the client's senior personnel needs. These activities are handled by our industry-experienced principals, assisted by staff members who are committed to quality and confidentiality.
Executive search is a very “personal” activity. The relationship between search consultant and client is key and the commitment of each member of the team is vital. We believe in investing in skilled, dedicated staff. Our research team is a good example, as research is the foundation of every successful search. All research is carried out in-house.
